As a UX Designer on the Moonraft team I was able to expand on my technical and design knowledge by working on various projects involving the telecom, manufacturing, and technical industries. Through UX methodologies, I worked closely with clients to develop product solutions that improved business day-to-day processes.

Interfaced with Piktorlab's clients, visualized solution options, created solution concepts, worked with the Piktorlabs project teams to create interactive mockups and worked with our clients on the project plans and deliverables. In a senior role, I took on leadership responsibilities managing project's design tracks and coordinating between the developer team and client.

As the Associate Design Director for Piktorlabs, I led the design team to build solutions, documented project artifacts, owned and managed project plans, timelines and deliverables. I interfaced with Piktorlab's clients, set the design strategy, analyzed projects briefs, gathered requirements for our projects, developed solution concepts, worked with client stakeholders to obtain approval and closure of project requirements.
